The Tilted Tiki Cocktail Program and Menu Design

In 2016 I began a small freelance startup with my friends Lars and Amy Jenkins, called Chalet Group Consulting and Design. Our first opportunity came when Amy met a business owner in Stillwater who was preparing to open a Tiki bar on Main St., but needed help with the cocktail offerings. The logo was already designed and the buildout was underway, so we offered up my 20+ years of interest and experience in mixing tiki cocktails. I contributed 13 classic style recipes and designed the menu, including the drink photography.
